Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Human Resources.
In-depth knowledge of the Federal Labor Law.
Advanced conversational English.
Proactive and results-oriented.
Responsibilities:
Manage the onboarding process.
Coordinate and ensure the proper delivery of work supplies, such as laptops and other equipment.
Manage and oversee pre-hire activities such as coordinating forms, applications, and offer letters.
Define process improvements.
Solid knowledge of payroll, labor relations, and privacy notices.
Conduct and manage exit interviews to identify areas for improvement.
Monitor and record incidents, including absences and leaves.
Stay updated on and ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law.
Stay updated on Official Mexican Standards (NOM-035).
Maintain contact with other areas of the company.
