About the Role:

A manufacturing plant located in Silao, Guanajuato, is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead daily operations and drive business performance. The Plant Manager will oversee all functional areas of the plant, ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate standards, and serve as the main escalation point for Central Functions. Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily operations of the plant, providing disciplinary leadership to all employees.
• Ensure implementation and compliance with corporate and local legal standards.
• Act as the first point of contact for Central Functions and interface with unions/work councils when necessary.
• Monitor and prepare the plant for new product and process launches.
• Achieve defined KPIs and monitor key financial indicators such as manufacturing costs and profitability.
• Ensure plant safety and the continuous improvement of company culture.
• Foster employee development and leadership within the plant.
• Contribute to internal and external audit processes, ensuring standards and procedures are followed.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in plant management or similar operational leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, operational KPIs, and cost management.
• Ability to handle financial planning, budgeting, and investment proposals.
• Experience working with local labor regulations, unions, and works councils.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
