OBJECTIVES:
Responsible for monthly fiscal closings of the company.
Compliance with Information Standards Financial.
Development, implementation and execution of the Fiscal Strategy .
Preparation of worksheets for the Determination and calculation.
Filing of Monthly Returns and as well as the presentation of information statements.
Responsible for the timely submission of the Tax audit and its result (opinion).
Responsible for compliance monitoring tax and labor.
Responsible for compliance with the Tax Framework and Social Security in force
ACTIVITIES:
Prepare tax payments
Estimate and track tax returns
Comprehensive quarterly and annual tax reports
Organize and update the company's tax database.
Recommend tax strategies that align with business objectives.
Prepare the necessary documentation for tax payments and returns.
Share financial data with the accounting department
Identify tax savings and suggest ways to increase profits.
Follow industry trends and track tax-related changes
Liaise with internal and external auditors.
Forecast tax predictions for senior managers
Register the Value Added Tax (VAT) of operations with third parties through tax receipts.
Review the information provided by the accounting department to ensure that the declarations are complied with in each period.
Manage accounting files.
Determine provisional payments.
Calculate returns and compensations.
Purge accounts.
Register and enter policies.
Keep a daily record of income and expenses.
Integrate and manage the accounting file.
Check expenses.
Ensure that tax laws are properly applied.
Maintain an accounting record of taxes withheld from suppliers.
Train new accounting personnel.
Integrate any type of accounting information requested by the Tax Administration System (SAT).
Interview candidates who apply for a position in the accounting area.
Detect weak points in the equipment and the training needs of the staff.
Propose improvements in the work system.
