Responsibilities

What you'll do:

As an HRBP Ford Champ you will help the HRBA/ HRBP / PoP tream for:

• Champs Jr HRBA
• Champs VQR analysis
• Ford Senior Program revamp (generate agreements, engage of other areas, on site activities, etc)
• Support on Workplace experience initiatives
• Support on Engagement events in GTBC

Qualifications

What you'll need:

• Active student from any of the last 4 semesters of administration or industrial engineering
• 90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)
• Data analytics (Experience in school projects of data analysis for decision making)
• Creative mindset
• Good communication skills
• Interested in Human Resources
