•5+ years experience in Quality as an Engineer, mainly as Customer Service Representative
•Drawing interpretation & GD&T knowledge
•Solid experience with Core Tools, mainly in APQP and PPAP development
•Strong root cause analysis and problem solving skills (6 Sigma-DMAIC, Red-X-Shainin, 8D, 5Whys)
•Proficient in 7 basic quality tools
•SAP or Oracle ERP quality management transactions (Desirable)
•Experience in Metalworks and/or HVAC industry (Desirable)
•Experience in electrostatic painting processes (desirable)
•Bilingual (English-Spanish)
