Evaluate risks (cost, quality, capacity, technical and timing) in projects through internal project audits (Audit project management, audit product & process development, 3SPV) and start and follow-up action plans to avoid any customer dissatisfaction / escalation
Build effective working relationships with all relevant customer representatives to clarify and discuss APQP, timing, CSR's and any quality related question / issue / concern
followed and executed on time with the required outputs
Coordinate the review of CSRs, Customer Interests and RASICs with a cross functional approach in the project teams throughout the complete launch phase.
Liaise with customer on APQP and PPAP to support project team with concern resolution
Support plant CQE in PPAP / PSW submissions to customers including customer PSW approval
Contribute to drawing reviews, design and process FMEA as the voice of the customer
Measure projects management deliverables in respect to quality assurance aspects according LPMP and support project teams with concern resolution
