• Evaluate risks (cost, quality, capacity, technical and timing) in projects through internal project audits (Audit project management, audit product & process development, 3SPV) and start and follow-up action plans to avoid any customer dissatisfaction / escalation
• Build effective working relationships with all relevant customer representatives to clarify and discuss APQP, timing, CSR's and any quality related question / issue / concern
• followed and executed on time with the required outputs
• Coordinate the review of CSRs, Customer Interests and RASICs with a cross functional approach in the project teams throughout the complete launch phase.
• Liaise with customer on APQP and PPAP to support project team with concern resolution
• Support plant CQE in PPAP / PSW submissions to customers including customer PSW approval
• Contribute to drawing reviews, design and process FMEA as the voice of the customer
• Measure projects management deliverables in respect to quality assurance aspects according LPMP and support project teams with concern resolution
