Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Telecommunications, Industrial engineering, Electronical Engineering, Programming, Mechanical and Automation, control systems, maintenance engineering, Industrial Production Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Engineering, or similar.

• At least 3 years of experience in production process and equipment maintenance support.

• 100% on site work.

Responsibilities

1. According to product technical requirements and quality standards, design the whole manufacture process such as tally, packaging, shipping, etc. Prepare documents, maintain process data, ensure the engineering preparation is ready advanced.

2. Design engineering solutions based on product characteristics, industry standards, and customer special requirements.

3. Handle on-site issues related to the product process and equipment management, improve the technical level.

4. Have the lean production knowledge and optimizes the manufacturing process, optimizes the standard time, improves the production efficiency, and organizes and implements the optimization.

5. Summary and consolidation of the order fulfillment process experience, import and verify the IT system solutions, ensure stable product process control.

6. Have the knowledge and experience about the automation equipment as PTL,AGV, auto packing or order packing, auto strapping machine, introduce advanced intelligent device or equipment to improve the manufacture automation level.

• Fluent in English and Spanish (listening, oral communication, reading and writing).
