TRANSSION Mexico is seeking a dynamic and motivated recent graduate to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, results-driven individual eager to build a career in human resources within a fast-paced and growth-oriented organization.
As a Human Resources Fresh Graduate, you will support a wide range of HR functions including talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, and general personnel administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment and selection process: posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Support performance management activities: tracking goals and evaluations, and assisting with the implementation of performance improvement plans.
Participate in administrative tasks such as personnel file maintenance, vacation and leave tracking, and general HR documentation.
Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis related to HR operations.
Assist in the development and updating of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (Psychology majors are not eligible).
Conversational level of English.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated proactivity and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Previous experience in HR (internships, professional practices) is an advantage but not required.
