Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Cloud Traffic Analyst to monitor and analyze traffic patterns across our Generative AI (GEN AI) systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as an Analyst, with hands-on experience in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, and a solid understanding of AI/ML systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze traffic on Generative AI (GEN AI) systems.
• Interpret system performance metrics and identify anomalies or bottlenecks.
• Generate reports and insights to help optimize AI system performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to improve system efficiency.
• Leverage cloud tools and services for traffic visualization and alerting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Analyst, particularly in cloud or AI environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms – especially GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs or GCP Vertex AI is highly desirable.
• Understanding of AI/ML frameworks and monitoring tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with AI model deployment and real-time monitoring.
• Working knowledge of Python or relevant scripting for analysis.
• Prior exposure to GEN AI models or related architectures.
