As a Customer Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for continuous compliance with customer requirements and products in manufacturing, their standards, and regulations through the quality system.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carry out the role of representation of the Client
- Ensure compliance with the 8 basic quality standards.
- Creation of control Pareto's and promotion of scrap reduction actions
- Analysis of problems with formal and non-formal notifications to clients, participation, coordination and validation of actions of the QRCI processes, eliminating the root cause and ensuring the effectiveness of the process.
- Participation in QRCI, Production and plant, validating actions and their effectiveness.
- Performance analysis of internal PPM's and promotion of actions.
- Promotion of continuous improvement.
- Review the correct operation of Poka-Yokes together with the Manufacturing area.
- Ensure Ok 1st part and 1st part product according to the requirements described in the control plan
- Participation and development in R & R studies for final inspection.
- Ensure compliance with D/TLD characteristics according to the control plan, through statistical process control, as well as the form of required actions.
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of Tesla and customers in general in the lines of production.
- PQA and PSR audits
Key requirements:
- Industrial engineer degree or similar.
- Advanced English.
- 3 years' experience as quality customer engineer.
- Customer Scorecard
- Statistical tools for process control (control charts, calculation of Cp and Cpk)
- Preparation and interpretation of Control Plan and FMEA
- Interpretation of dimensional reports
- Audits to the quality management system
- CQI-23 Special Process: Molding System Assessment
- IATF 16949:2016
- Core Tools
- Problem Solving Methodology
