We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to lead materials planning, inventory control, warehouse operations, and logistics, ensuring timely flow of materials from suppliers to production and delivery of finished goods to customers. This role also oversees international trade compliance, customs brokerage, and lean logistics practices, playing a critical part in supporting efficient production and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage materials planning, procurement, and on-time delivery to production areas using JIT and KANBAN systems.
• Supervise inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse operations, and finished goods distribution.
• Design and optimize warehouse layouts and material flow to support lean operations.
• Implement inventory control methods including cycle counts, FIFO, and visual management.
• Oversee international trade compliance (IMMEX, Annex 24, customs clearance).
• Align material availability with production schedules and customer requirements.
• Monitor KPIs for inventory accuracy, material availability, and delivery performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for material handling and supply chain efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and health standards.
• Develop and lead a high-performing materials and logistics team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain/materials/logistics management in manufacturing (automotive preferred).
• Experience with KANBAN, JIT, warehouse design, cycle counting, and lean logistics.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, EPICOR), customs processes, and trade compliance.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Proven experience in high-volume, fast material consumption environment
• Valid Visa and Passport, with willingness to travel as needed.
• IMMEX, CTPAT, VAT, and PROSEC familiarity required.
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
