Manufacturing Engineer Jr

Who are we looking for?

• +3 years experience in manufacturing (metal mechanic)
• Experience in CNC machining and welding
• Knowledge of OEE and continues improvement
• Experience in creation and implementation of manufacturing process
• Fluent communication in English (speaking)
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is a plus

Main responsabilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure product quality
• Identify and resolve production issues such as equipment malfunctions, quality defects, or process inefficiencies
• Monitor and ensure the quality of manufactured products by implementing standards, conducting inspections, and using statistical process control methods.
• Analyze production costs and recommend changes to reduce expenses while maintaining or improving product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, track performance, and generate reports for senior management to drive informed decision-making
