• Compliance with the production schedule in terms of quantity and quality of products.

• Implement process improvements for the operation

• Detect and resolve findings in the operation

• Root cause analysis and action plans

Requirements:

· 10 or more years in Machining

· Advanced English Education

· Administrative, Industrial, Mechanical Engineer or similar

· Leadership, Resource Management, Negotiation, Communication, Decision Making, Teamwork

-Knowledge in Production Scheduling, Supply Chain, Lean Manufacturing, CNC Lathes or Machining Centers
