Responsible for developing and executing STIHL Mexico's e-commerce strategy, from planning to operation and optimization. Lead the implementation and launch of the e-commerce platform, integrating it with the Dealers network, and managing the customer experience. This role will be critical in opening a new sales channel, boosting the brand's digital presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Development: Create and implement the e-commerce strategy aligned with the company's sales objectives.
Platform Launch: Lead the implementation and launch of the online store, ensuring the process integrates all relevant departments.
Dealers Integration: Collaborate with the Dealer network, creating an omnichannel experience and synergy between the online store and physical distribution.
Sales Plan Achievement: Ensure the established sales objectives are met by monitoring the online store's performance and taking corrective actions to maximize revenue.
Analysis and Reporting: Monitor KPIs (conversion rate, traffic, sales, average ticket, cart abandonment), generate performance reports, and propose continuous improvements.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and technology partners to ensure effective platform operation.
Customer Experience Optimization: Ensure an optimal user experience on the website, focusing on ease of use, simplified payment processes, and clear return policies.
Performance Indicators
Implementation and Launch: Ensure the e-commerce platform is implemented within the defined time, cost, and quality parameters.
Sales Conversion Rate: Measure the percentage of visitors who complete a purchase.
Cart Abandonment Rate: Reduce the percentage of users who start but do not complete the purchase process.
Online Sales Growth: Evaluate the sales increase through the digital channel compared to traditional channels.
Average Ticket: Increase the average transaction value on the platform.
Customer Satisfaction: Measure user experience through post-sale surveys and web reviews.
Core Competencies
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms or businesses, e.g. VTEX Platform.
Experience with online payment systems.
Knowledge of UX/UI (user experience/user interface) to optimize the user experience in the online store.
Familiarity with logistics and sales system integration.
Analytical skills and the ability to use Data Analytics tools for decision-making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for commercial reporting.

Professional Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, in B2B or B2C companies.
Experience in online store implementation, digital strategy development, and sales optimization.
Experience leading projects that integrate technology, digital marketing, and logistics aspects.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Advanced English proficiency: speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
Certifications in E-Commerce or Project Management are desirable.
