General Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated student pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, International Relations, Commerce, or related fields who is eager to gain hands-on experience in supplier management and procurement processes. This internship offers an opportunity to develop key administrative and organizational skills while supporting supplier registration and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to ensure proper supplier onboarding and management processes.
• Maintain communication with suppliers to request required documentation for registration.
• Review supplier documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Compile and organize supplier files and maintain updated records.
• Complete relevant supplier registration and compliance forms.
• Maintain a structured and organized record of required documentation.
• Support in updating supplier information as needed.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in Chemical Engineering, International Relations, Commerce, or related fields (6th semester or higher).
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• English level B2
