Location: El Marqués, Querétaro.

RESPONSABILITIES:

-Customer Technical Support to Latin America Carriers.

-Corrective actions to isolate and neutralize reported incidents

-Performing network Elements upgrades/ updates.

-Provide detailed information on how to set up, configure or upgrade Core Network products and their features.

-Troubleshooting fault events and provide analysis.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Graduated from Telecommunications Engineering or similar between 2023 - 2025.

-Knowledge of Core technologies.

-Familiar with Mobile Networks.

-Fluent English, conversation and writing.

-Team work
