AWL Automation was founded in 2016 and established in Querétaro, Mexico. We have a strong ambition to further grow in the Mexican market for the upcoming years. We expect to expand with the automotive and metal processing industry to fulfill the needs for automated welding machines solutions. Nowadays we employ a young and growing team of approximately 50 employees and we are looking for an experienced Robot Programmer Engineer who wants to be part of our growing team to shape the future!
What are you going to do?
Program and adjust processes that are connected (in)directly to the robot;
Ensures the optimization of the robot software program into a fully functional process in collaboration with the PLC Control Engineer.
Responsible for the functional testing of the robot control software and the correct operation of the programs within the project specifications.
Make adjustments to the software programming and seek advice if necessary.?
Evaluates and safeguards safety measures
Your challenges
Conducting tests to ensure requirements are met in accordance with project specifications;
Recording functional test results and parameter settings;
Implement/apply improvements after testing
Ensures optimization of the robot software program into a fully functional process;
Evaluates and safeguards machine and safety measures;
Programing the robots, install them at the client's facilities and clarify any doubts or questions of the client;
What do you bring with you?
A Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics or Automation Engineer.
At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position;
Experience in a automotive industry
Excellent ability to work analytically and problems solving;
Oriented to solutions
Fluent English level (written and spoken).
