Position SummaryAs a Sales, Marketing, and Employee Experience Designer, you will play a critical role in contributing to the company's growth. Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to identify key objectives and design impactful content that supports these goals.
- Develop a variety of sales and marketing assets, including presentations, flyers, videos, graphics, and GIFs, to engage clients and drive campaigns.
- Create landing pages and advertisement visuals for social media campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Coordinate with vendor partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of materials.
- Support virtual and in-person events by creating promotional materials like digital ads, booths, and print collateral.
- Provide regular feedback to enhance internal content operations and maintain brand consistency.
A Day in the Life- Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, Advisory Network, and Customer Success teams to understand the priorities and needs of prospective clients and internal teams.
- Creating sales, marketing, and employee experience collateral (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, PDFs, graphics, flyers, videos, GIFs) based on stakeholder priorities.
- Building landing pages using the CMS and crafting visuals to support specialized content for various marketing campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Collaborating with vendor partners to ensure the effective delivery of designed collateral.
- Supporting the development of materials for virtual and in-person events, such as flyers, digital ads, virtual booths, and more.
- Reporting on content and service delivery performance to key stakeholders.
- Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to maintain brand continuity and ensure consistent messaging.
- Improving content delivery timelines through templated designs to enable scaling over time.
- Providing feedback and insights to enhance the effectiveness of internal content and delivery processes.
Skills and Qualifications- Proficiency in Adobe design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
- Familiarity with collaborative platforms such as Canva and Google Suite, or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to create a diverse range of design assets, including PowerPoint presentations, handbooks, ads, newsletters, and conference materials.
- Video editing or illustration experience is a plus.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
