POSITION PURPOSE:

Identification of opportunities for improvement process through mapping; analizyng times and movements for develop and implementation of innovative processes to reduce labor, cost and time.

Follow up of KPI´s for reductions and improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Warehouse Projects implementation (Automation & improvements)

- Budget administration (Supply expenses)

- Management equipment for warehouse (Expense control)

- Business case analysis (improvements)

- KPI follow up (management & control)

- Analysis of Capabilities (Cost reduction / labor)

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

-PDCA analysis

- Drawing and interpretation in AutoCAD

- Takt time & Cycle time knowdlege

- Bidding, Purchasing and procurement for suppliers´s development.

- Providers negotiation

- Data analysis for cost savings

- Processes mapping, development and implementation

- People in charge (Direct and indirect people)

- Power BI dashboards
