We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Preschool Teacher to join our dynamic team at Colegio Cambridge de Monterrey. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and the ability to teach and engage young learners in English and Spanish. This position requires a nurturing individual who is committed to creating a positive and enriching learning environment for preschool-aged children.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons that promote language, cognitive, and social-emotional growth in both languages.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment where all children feel safe and encouraged to learn.
• Use a variety of teaching methods to support language acquisition and learning in both Language.
• Assess and document children's progress and communicate regularly with parents about their development.
• Create an environment that promotes curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.
• Collaborate with other teaching staff to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development sessions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Bilingual Education, or a related field.
• Teaching certification for preschool or early childhood education.
• Fluent English
• 2 years an experience in a bilingual or dual-language educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with young children and fostering their developmental growth.

• Experience with classroom management and creating a structured, fun learning environment.
• Familiarity with educational technologies and resources to enhance the learning experience.
