We are looking to hire two (2) Inside Sales Representatives in Mexico City!

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries quickly and efficiently
• Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner
• Outbound calling
• Building rapport with customers
• Collecting customer information for future follow-ups
• Closing sales and achieving company quotas
• Identifying sales opportunities
• Staying informed about product and service information updates

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to communicate (read, write and speak) in English and Spanish
• 1-2 Years experience in Customer Service or Sales
• Ability to travel to Canada and USA for training
• Experience with Salesforce considered an asset
• Excellent customer service
• Clear communication and active listening

• Ability to process information well
• People-oriented and experienced in rapport-building
• Ability to sell and promote
• Working knowledge of various technology and software programs
• Strong product knowledge
• Excellent time management
