Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, International Business.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in international client prospecting
• Knowledge of Air, Sea, and Land transportation.
• Advanced English proficiency (90%), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Contribution:

• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understanding customer needs and requirements
• Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Follow-up to confirmation of assigned leads.
• General support for customer service.
• Inform about commercial doubts of clients regarding logistics service issues, incidents, etc.
• Monitoring of growth and development of new business lines.
