Responsibilities:
Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
Verify and review information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Process large volumes of data efficiently and without errors.
Organize and categorize documents, records, and digital files.
Support internal teams by providing accurate and timely data entry assistance.
Follow company guidelines and procedures for handling sensitive information.
Assist with generating reports and maintaining documentation.
Requirements:
C1 or native-level English proficiency.
Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles is desirable.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, etc.).
Ability to follow processes and work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary:
Gross monthly salary of $14,500 MXN.
