Agency Management Specialist

Are you an experienced, proactive professional with a passion for the field? Do you have legal and process knowledge for agency management?

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the daily operations of partner agencies.

• Maintain positive and productive relationships with the agency and its partners.

• Be a key player in communicating with law firms regarding compliance according to agreed contracts.

• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance according to the standards of the agency's operations.

• Prepare reports on key metrics, compliance, and legal matters for senior executives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in collection agency management. Management and supervision of collection agencies, with knowledge of the legal aspect.

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Law Studies, or a related field.
