About the role:?

The role involves support to issue and processing of annuity contracts. It includes reviewing applications, ensuring process standards, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Process and review annuity applications to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or missing information
• Communicate with agents, regarding application status, requirements and policy issuance,
• Ensure timely and accurate issuance of annuity contracts as per the process guidelines
• 
  

Requirements:

Fluent English and Spanish.

Locate it in ZMG Guadalajara or willing to move.

High School Graduate

Strong knowledge of annuity products.

2+ years of experience in or similar position

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in deadline-driven environment.

Good at problem solving multitasking.
