1. Lead the team to be responsible for quality assurance throughout the project development cycle, track all problems found during the project development process until the case is closed.

2. Cooperate with the technical department to provide comprehensive analysis and opinions on the process, materials, quality and trial production of new products, so as to facilitate the technical department to effectively improve the product.

3. Handle customer quality complaints and guide various departments to correct related quality problems.

4. Hold quality meetings regularly or irregularly, summarize the continuous abnormalities or batch recurring problems in the production process in combination with quality records, formulate. preventive and corrective measures and keep records; other matters assigned by the quality director.
