About the Role:

In this position we're looking for a Change Management Consultant with experience in transformation and implementation projects, focused on managing organizational change from a people-centered perspective.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, managing change communication, ensuring project visibility, training involved teams, and measuring the impact of the transformation.

Hardskills:

? Experience in change management (at least one implementation process).

? Residence in Monterrey.

? Experience in transformation and implementation projects.

? Ability to connect with people and manage organizational change.

? Development of strategies, deliverables, and proposals for change implementation.

? Advanced English (for effective communication in global environments).

? Focus on: Effective communication of change, Project visibility and progress tracking, Training for involved teams, Documentation of processes and strategies and Measuring the impact of change.)
