About the position

As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing purchases, negotiations, and direct sourcing. Your role will directly influence operational efficiency and supplier relationships, ensuring that the company's objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and optimizing purchases and negotiations with suppliers.
• Conducting forecasts and projections with senior management.
• Implementing and supervising the use of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Analyzing metrics and making quick decisions based on analysis.
• Coordinating with different departments to ensure the company's objectives are met.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are analytical, organized, and have strong negotiation skills. If this describes you, please get in touch.

At a minimum, you should have:

• A completed degree in a related field. A master's degree is desirable.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• 6 years of experience in purchasing, negotiation, and direct sourcing.
• Forecasting skills and experience in supplier negotiations.
• Knowledge of manufacturing.
• Experience in projections with senior management.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong communication skills.
• Organizational skills.
• Metrics analysis.

Although not required, it is desirable to have:

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Experience in making quick decisions based on analysis.
