Responsibilities:

• Lead production lines.
• Ensure compliance with the production plan.
• Generate production reports (output and efficiency).
• Train personnel.

?Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a line or production area leader (experience in the electronics industry is preferred).
• Experience managing at least 200 people.
• Technical degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Electronics, Industrial Production, Machine Tools, or a related field.
• Intermediate English.
