Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting
• Collect, cleanse, and analyze data related to purchasing, inventory, logistics, and supplier performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI or similar tools to provide visibility into supply chain KPIs.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data used for business reporting and decision-making.
• Performance & KPI Optimization
• Review existing metrics and KPIs for purchasing and supply chain operations.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process and cost improvements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to design and implement metric-driven strategies.
• Strategic Insight
• Provide analytical support for demand planning, sourcing decisions, and vendor negotiations.
• Conduct spend analysis and monitor supplier performance to ensure value delivery.
• Support inventory control initiatives through data-backed insights.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Procurement, Logistics, Operations, Finance, and IT teams.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly in both English and Spanish.
• Assist in data integration and process improvements in NetSuite and other ERP platforms.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in a purchasing or supply chain environment.
• Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish – verbal and written fluency required.
• Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with NetSuite ERP (preferred) or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
• Familiarity with SQL or other data querying tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI (preferred).
