We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy professional with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the IT sector (Software Development, IT Presales, or IT Business Analysis).

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the IT sector
• Proficiency in project management and diagramming tools (e.g., MS Project, MS Visio)
• Knowledge of at least one software development methodology (Scrum or Waterfall)
• Familiarity with ITIL framework
• Advanced English level (B2-C1) – essential
• ServiceNow knowledge – desirable

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team by clearly presenting ServiceNow technology solutions, highlighting platform capabilities and business value.
• Design and develop ServiceNow-based solution proposals
• Deliver product demos showcasing the platform's functionality
• Execute proofs of concept based on specific client requirements
• Collaborate with the sales team to create business cases that support project justification
• Generate Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates for proposed solutions
• Conduct research on ServiceNow integrations with external platforms
• Respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposal) submitted by clients
• Define work plans for proposed solutions
• Attend client meetings to provide technical input and gather requirements
• Participate in ServiceNow trainings and certifications
