Position: RPA Developer Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for recent graduates of bachelor's or systems engineering degrees to fill the position of RPA Developer trainee, to design, develop and implement business process automation solutions using UiPath. The ideal candidate must have experience in understanding and mapping processes in general, and developing Python, NET and Java, as well as an advanced level of conversational English.

Responsibilities

• Accredit ongoing training to develop automation solutions with RPA tools.

• Collaborate with IT and business user's teams to understand requirements.

• Implement, test and document RPA automations.

• Monitoring and maintaining automations in production.

• Ensure compliance with security and quality standards.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in RPA development with tools such as UiPath, Power Automate or Automation Anywhere is desirable not mandatory.

• Knowledge of Python, SQL, JavaScript or .NET

• General knowledge of ERP, CRM and database systems.

• Skills in process analysis and workflow optimization.

• Ability to solve problems and work as a team.
