Financial Planning Analyst

Job Summary:

As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will support the Finance Controller in developing and executing the financial strategy of the company. You will be responsible for the planning, analysis, and reporting of financial performance for various business divisions. Your role is essential in ensuring accurate and timely financial data, managing budgets, analyzing variances, and contributing to strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee activities related to financial planning and reporting processes.
• Prepare, coordinate, and control PORs (Plans of Record) for assigned business divisions, ensuring alignment with corporate deadlines.
• Build and manage financial forecasts; analyze variances and report key insights to leadership.
• Oversee deliverables for assigned divisions, ensuring quality and timely submission.
• Prepare and manage cost center budgets, ensuring adherence to financial goals.
• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual review presentations for assigned divisions.
• Coordinate and report on savings and cost-reduction projects, providing ongoing financial support.
• Consolidate financial and budgetary data in line with the company's strategic plan and KPIs.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support business performance and operational decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered)
• 3–5 years of experience in Financial Planning or similar roles
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data handling
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
