• Implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Conducting quality audits and inspections
• Identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Collaborating with the Customer Service team to resolve quality issues
• Providing training and guidance on quality control and assurance
• Reporting on quality metrics to management
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives

Profile

A successful Quality Specialist should have:

• A degree in Life Science or a related field
• 2+ years of Contact Center experience, with Quality Monitoring experience preferred.
• Knowledge of quality control and assurance principles
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
• English - C1
