Requirements

• Degree in: Logistics, engineering, administration, master's in supply chain management & Logistics or related fields.
• 100% on site job.

Plus: PMP Certificate

Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end process and work with function department to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

2. Make plan to prevent risk during delivery process, make sure all risk can be fully closed.

3. Receive customer requirement and make supply chain strategy to achieve it. Take care of customer's concerns.

4. Well learned on supply chain data, good analysis method to support order fulfillment management and decision making.

Knowledge:

1. Deep understanding on Supply Chain management.

2. Operation Supply KPI management.

3. Administration (Supply Chain Management, Cost and Budget Management, Basic Finance knowledge)

4. Planning, Forecasting and Production and Capacity management knowledge.

Skills the candidate must have:

• Ability to develop solutions to complex problems which require creativity. Team building and Matrix management
• Able to work in different culture and respect the difference.
• Communication skills, especially in multicultural environment.
• Negotiation skills, Conflict resolution.
• Leadership, Motivation to teams in internal and external organizations.
• Great Spanish and English skills (oral, reading, speaking and listening comprehension)
