Customer Support Agent

Our client is a global company working with complex supply chains and high-level business clients. In this role, you'll do more than just answer questions—you'll be a key part of ensuring every order, inquiry, and process runs smoothly from start to finish.
?? What you'll do:
- Support B2B clients via email and digital platforms, solving requests completely and clearly.
- Work closely with Sales, Technical Support, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Manage key details like pricing, stock availability, shipping, and order tracking, using tools like JD Edwards, Salesforce, or Oracle Cloud.
- Help improve internal processes by documenting issues and sharing suggestions.
- Be part of a team that values collaboration, clarity, and continuous improvement.
? Who we're looking for:
- 1+ year of customer service experience, ideally in B2B or industrial environments.
- Advanced English – written and spoken (daily use with global teams).
- Comfortable working remotely and independently, with strong prioritization skills.
- Familiar with tools like Outlook, Excel, JD Edwards, Salesforce, or similar CRMs.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering great service every time.
