Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Java Developer with a strong background in building scalable applications using cloud-native technologies. The ideal candidate will bring experience in enterprise environments—ideally within loyalty or customer-facing platforms—and will demonstrate a strong commitment to code quality, user experience, and system reliability. A customer-centric and proactive mindset is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality, testable, and scalable code following best industry practices.
• Contribute to new project deliverables and participate actively in daily team collaboration.
• Report progress regularly and attend required stand-ups and meetings.
• Ensure system reliability through proactive monitoring, alerting, and operational best practices.
• Support application deployments and cloud-based architecture evolution.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–7 years of professional experience in application development with Java and Spring Framework.
• Experience building and deploying applications using AWS cloud technologies.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes and Terraform for orchestration and infrastructure automation.
• Experience working with streaming platforms such as Kafka.
• Proficient in version control systems such as GitLab or GitHub.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., New Relic, SCOM).
• Working knowledge of security protocols and industry compliance standards.
• Experience with SQL and writing complex queries (nice to have).
• Background in distributed systems and large-scale corporate environments is preferred.
