Purpose and Objective

Manage the billing process and also control and provide the information required by the address

Responsibilities

•Receipt and review of invoices and credit notes.

•Invoice registration.

•Follow-up of invoicing with suppliers.

•Elaboration of payment approvals.

•Preparation of invoices to clients.

•Sales reconciliation, (check that they have been registered correctly).

•Elaboration finance reports.

•Collection monitoring and deposit application.

•Database knwoledge

•Participation in the planning of work.

•Support for resolutions of issues.

•Support for the development of extra activities.

•Revision of the Claims process.

•General accounting

•Invoicing and fiscal aspects

•Intermediate excel / Office

Requeriments

Degree (Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting)

Minimum 1 years experience in Accounting, invoicing, collection and accounts receivable and payable.

•English: Intermediate Level
