Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: Previous experience in Sales, innovation, and product development in the automotive industry for at least 8 years.
Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Job Responsibilities
Develop sales strategies for the automotive industry.
Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the market.
Coordinate with the product development team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
Activities:
* Manage day-to-day activities for Customers, oversee commercial-related items, and update as needed.
* Drive business development/sales.
* Handle all commercial communications including quotations, receiving purchase orders, etc.
* Lead for designated customer conflict resolution communication ensuring overall customer and business satisfaction.
* Assist in the resolution of billing discrepancies/issues.
