About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-driven and analytical Member Compensation Analyst to join our dynamic team. If you're someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and supporting global operations, this could be a great fit for you.

In this role, you'll be responsible for reviewing and processing financial adjustments related to distributor earnings. Your ability to analyze data, ensure accuracy, and communicate clearly across teams will be key to your success.

What You'll Do:

• Review and calculate adjustments for distributor commissions, royalties, and bonuses
• Analyze data to determine the financial impact of requested changes
• Ensure processes follow company policies and compliance standards
• Collaborate with international teams to communicate outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and support documentation
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and department initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Bilingual: English & Spanish (spoken and written)
• Comfortable working with data and multiple currencies
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
• Strong written documentation and communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
