Descripción

- Prepare using PIMS all license agreements and obtain signatures for all license agreements mentioned from grower/shippers and growers and partner propagators

- Assist with drafting and finalizing master license agreements and any amendments thereto

- Prepare and obtain signatures on NDAs as requested

- Review and provide input on all legal documents for the company

- Provide royalty reporting to company financial controller to ensure proper invoicing

- For licensing purposes, confirm actual commercial and research plant distribution quantities

- Ensure accurate document preparation for: Import permits, Bill of lading, Certificate of origin, and Insurance certificate

Perfil buscado

- Law Degree, MBA is a plus

- 7+ years of experience in Legal Counsel positions

- Advanced English is a must

- Available to travel every other month

- Well organized, self-motivated, team-player attitude
