Requirements:
2 years of experience as On Site Technical Support
Knowledge of ITIL (desirable)
Experience with ticket management tools
Experience in: Active Directory, Office 365, VPN, SCCM, remote support, antivirus, information backups, One Drive, Teams, peripherals
Advanced English language skills, will interact with the team in Germany
Availability for flexible hours, may be required to cover extra time
Service-oriented attitude, friendly, and respectful
English proficient
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage process implementations requiring technical knowledge in JDE and lead efforts to drive digital transformation
Offer technical expertise to support Vendor, Material and Production Master Data Management
Serve as a subject matter expert associated with content, processes and procedures associated with JDE modules
Research and provide guidance on complex master data elements and technical know-how to the team on tools and system utilization
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration on IT solutions and processes
Act as the primary point of contact for Master Data Management Change Requests and contribute on the definition of roles and authorizations in related systems
Provide third-level support for incident management and troubleshoot and maintain Master Data Management tools and systems
Identify opportunities for process improvement through Existing technologies
