Job Requirements:
- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
- Previous experience in personnel administration, payroll analysis, or recruitment and selection.
- Advanced written and conversational English skills.
- At least 2 years of previous experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in the financial sector is desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment and selection process for various departments within the company.
- Knowledge of preparing and reviewing employee payroll (biweekly), including salaries, wages, deductions, and benefits.
- Process and monitor employee leaves, sick days, overtime, vacations, and absences.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure that all incidents related to each employee are properly documented.
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and withholdings.
- Promote and ensure compliance with Human Resources policies, as well as labor and safety regulations.
- Manage performance evaluations, ensuring that objectives are effectively met.
- Handle and resolve labor conflicts while promoting a positive work environment.
- Fiscal and Legal Obligations: Calculate tax withholdings, IMSS contributions, Infonavit payments, and retirement fund contributions; prepare reports for the SAT. (Plus)
