Talent Acquisition Specialist needed in the Legal Industry.

Note: Fully remote position.?

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Degree or letter of completion)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract candidates for roles in the legal sector (eDiscovery specialists, legal assistant, legal translator, paralegals, etc.)
• Maintain relationships with clients in the USA.
• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing to final placement.
• Work with internal teams and clients to develop customized recruitment strategies.
• Ensure that recruitment activities comply with legal regulations, maintaining accurate records.

Requirements and Experience:

• At least 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in the U.S. legal industry.
• Experience interacting directly with clients in the USA.
• Advanced English, both spoken and written.
• Experience using ATS platforms.
