Join our team as a Senior Compensation Analyst and be the driving force that ensures every salary policy is aligned with the best market practices and complies with Mexican labor regulations.
What will your tasks be?
- Collaborate in the development of compensation policies and programs.
- Keep updated on labor legislation related to compensation and benefits.
- Structure and job analysis
- Conduct job evaluations to determine costs and create records.
- Market data analysis, job leveling, compensation system management, annual compensation cycle process and reporting.
- Properly assess risks when making decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, standards, and regulations.
- Manage salary grids and pay levels, salary administration, variable bonuses and structures, annual personnel cost budget, as well as the implementation of new compensation projects.
- Salary increase analysis.
- Prepare Dashboards for executive analysis presentations.
What do we expect from you?
- Bachelor's degree in administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions.
- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills, report generation, dashboard creation, KPIs, and handling large volumes of data.
- Development and interpretation of KPIs.
- Basic statistics.
- Power BI.
- Knowledge of labor legislation.
- Conversational English.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work in teams and under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational, planning, and confidentiality skills.
- Critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
