About the role:

This position is responsible to serve as the subject matter expert for HS&E by developing and communicating an operation plan for each facility with which they are aligned.

They will:

• Develop and implement safety programs and processes ensuring compliance with Environmental Health Standards (EHS) regulations.

• Develop and implement changes to the Watlow Safety Management System regarding International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 14001 and Occupational Health and Safety Advisory Services (OHSAS) 18001.

• Ensure Environmental compliance to governmental regulations.

• Coaches and Mentors Site HS&E staff in their defined scope of facility support.

You will require:

• Bachelor's degree or 7-10 years of experience - Multi-site experience would be a plus.

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification required

• Project management experience

• 5+ years leadership experience

• Ability to fluently speak and write in English
