Location: San Pedro Garza Garcia, N.L. ( visa y pasaporte deseable para capacitación en EUA)

Salary: $30,000 Mexican Pesos (brutos)

Experience: 3 years experience as Dispatcher for an international freight company or international logistic company

Language: English Advanced

Detail-oriented and results-driven Southbound Dispatcher with a strong understanding of freight logistics and a proven track record of securing consistent southbound loads for commercial trucking operations. Skilled in load planning, route optimization, and relationship management with freight brokers, shippers, and logistics partners. Possesses a deep understanding of the transportation industry, particularly the dynamics of southbound lanes from the U.S. to southern regions, including Texas, Mexico border areas, and Southern states.

Adept at working in fast-paced environments with excellent communication and negotiation skills to ensure maximum truck utilization, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction. Committed to operational efficiency, cost-effective planning, and maintaining compliance with all transportation regulations.
