We are looking for a proactive and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the proper functioning and safe operation of plant equipment. If you are a problem solver with leadership skills and a focus on safety and efficiency, we invite you to apply!

Requirements:

• Degree: Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Proficiency in natural gas combustion ovens, CNC lathes (FANUC), hoist systems, roller conveyors, and hydraulic pumps.
• PLC knowledge and the ability to interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams.
• Extensive knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and general maintenance processes.
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Staff management experience.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

• Capable of managing time and responsibilities independently.
• Leadership skills, with a focus on achieving objectives and teamwork.
