OEM / AAM Supply & Projects Supervisor

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Alternatively, a degree in Business Administration or a similar economic-administrative discipline.

Experience & Knowledge:

• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Extensive experience in supply chain management, logistics, project management, team leadership, and cost reduction.
• Advanced English proficiency is a must.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Advanced SAP skills required.

Skills & Competencies:

EXPERIENCE IN RAIL TANK (FERROTANQUES) IS MANDATORY.

• Managing inventory, orders, and shipments for OEM and AAM divisions.
• Overseeing forecasting and transportation services.
• Handling customs procedures and managing customer portals.
• Supervising shipments, daily invoicing, and SAP adjustments.
• Preparing sales, inventory, and consignment reports.
• Managing KPIs, including inventory levels, logistics costs, and on-time deliveries.
• Developing and optimizing processes and procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and Clean Industry standards.
• Leading and implementing supply chain and logistics projects.
• Coordinating resources and identifying operational efficiencies.
• Managing strategic supplier relationships and negotiations.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Effective communication with clients and colleagues.
• Continuous improvement of supply chain operations.
