• Supervise that preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities are executed under company standards.
• Implement SPW Profesional Maintenance activities.
• Analize breakdowns root cause and implement actions and standardize solutions.
• Implement solutions to reduce maintenance total cost.
• Teamwork with production, logistics and quality areas to improve the company indicators.
• Improve Arc-Welding and Spot-Welding maintenance standards to reduce maintenance cost and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree on Welding Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electronic Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer, Automation Engineer or similar.
• 3+ years of experience on Welding controllers' maintenance, programming and troubleshooting.
• School practices on Arc or Spot-Welding Projects.
• English 80%. (Conversational proficiency is a must)
